Another thing I like to do: go to sent mail, select all mails (ctrl A), and move them to inbox. Then the mails I sent within a conversation will be grouped with the conversation. 

Supposedly you can set rules and alert to do this automatically but there&#039;s always some form of bug or inconsistency with outlook. After a while found out the best is to do this manually.</description>
