From Ping.fm: This may be a good solution for those that have problems with iPhoto not
bringing in their pics, etc. I believe Windows users can actually just view
the iPhone as a drive and delete them that way. And of course, if you're
jailbroken you can use SSH or Netatalk and just view the file system
natively on your Mac and do it that way ;)
The point is, you've got an iPhone, a Mac, and want the most straightforward
way using provided tools. So, there you go.
