Read “The Tipping Point”

I just finished reading Malcolm Gladwell’s “The Tipping Point”, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s a great primer on social trends, delving into various personalities and environmental stimuli as the catalysts for change.

Few things burn me up like bad customer service, and taking advantage of people who don’t know about the sneaky scammers out there on the net. Thomas Hawk has an excellent example story about what can happen if you deal with the wrong people.

Who knew you could use Yahoo over SMS in this manner? If I don’t manage to keep my new SK2 for very long, I may be forced/get to try these out
