Quick Blackberry Cobbler
1/2 cup Carb Countdown 2% a
2 teaspoons oil
liquid Splenda equivalent to 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup Carbquick
2 cups blackberries
liquid Splenda equivalent to 1 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 375F. Grease a 2-quart casserole and set aside.
Mix first 4 ingredients and put into prepared casserole dish.
Mix berries, remaining Splenda and water.
Pour over batter.
Bake about 45 minutes.
Per Serving (based on 8 servings): 80 Calories; 4g Fat (36.6% calories from fat);
4g Protein; 12g Carbohydrate; 8g Dietary Fiber; 2mg Cholesterol; 120mg Sodium.
